Instant Gasket Maker, Black, Paste Form, 10oz Power Can (Pack of 1)
Return equipment to service and enhance productivity by making your own leakproof gaskets in just one minute. This innovative rubber gasket technology is blow-out resistant and outperforms pre-cut gaskets. It seals instantly, sets quickly, and is tack-free in five minutes.
Can has easy dispensing lever and makes an average of 14 to 18 gaskets
Resistant to oil, coolant, automatic transmission fluids and gear oil
Operates in environments to 600°F (315°C) continuous, 650°F (343°C) intermittent
Meets or exceeds requirements for oxygen sensor equipped engines
1. Make sure surface is clean and dry. Snap off tamper-proof tab and remove overcap.
2. To open valve, turn nozzle counterclockwise 1/4 turn and raise lever. To dispense, press the lever. To close, turn nozzle clockwise. Replace overcap.
3. If sealant has dried in the nozzle, make sure nozzle is closed and swing the lever over the nozzle. Pull nozzle forward to remove and clean the tip with a paper clip or compressed air line.
4. Replace nozzle back over valve with the thicker of the two tabs at the base of the nozzle facing the lever hinge. Push the nozzle backwards towards the hinge. Swing the lever back over the nozzle, push down on the lever to firmly click the nozzle back into position.
